Unauthorized parking — Illegal paid parking running in area on mcd land

Hi, This is to inform you that Illegal Parking Business is running in our Area where as local Guy has deputed some personal Guards to protect all outside Car's which ar park at Road side as mentioned in shared Pic & also charging good money from each & every Car owner. We as local residence of this area have to pay this amount if we park our Car outside the street. He also doent has any permit to run this paid parking. Please take immediate action & stop this parking business in our area. This is MCD land & only MCD has access to sold the parking lease to anyone.
