My membership was automatically renewed through paytm without confirmation or notification on july 10, 2019. Amount 300 was deducted from paytm. Also i cannot trace back any purchase from the host account as it is showinh no purchases.
What steps needs to be taken in this case for the refund of the amount and this and doesn't happen in future
