I had ordered two perfumes vide order numbers #[protected] and #[protected] on 12th jan 2020 and 16th jan 2020, respectively. I was told that the expected time of arrival is 10 days. The given number of days expired for the first order and the second order is nearly completing 10 days. Honestly, i don’t believe it takes 10 days to just ship a perfume.
When i contacted the online agents, i was told that my orders are yet to be despatched. The reason given was rain in dubai (Which in fact is incorrect as per dubai's weather report). There is something fishy going on definitely.
Unfortunately, i have been left hanging when i asked for a refund.
I have bought perfumes from established online vendors and they have
I) given me a tentative date of arrival
Ii) delivered within the date
Iii) they have cash on delivery option and
Iv) they have a definite links to initiate refund and an established refund policy too.
Unfortunately, unboxed.in is definitely lacking in all the above criteria.
Since the products are not delivered on time, it is very much within my right to demand a refund. I request the concerned people from unboxed.in to look into this and resolve or initiate refund immediately. It will be really sad if i have to knock the door of consumer court.
