Uncasing.shop — Order amount debited but not delivered & customer service not reachable

I had made an order and paid the amount, their customer service email does not get delivered, there is no confirmation or tracking number, the given support number does not work & also the contact us page on their website does not get delivered. This seems like a scam website, how do we get our money back? Pls file a case against them.
