Flipkart delivery boy accessed my account once and he made return wrongly delivered items without my concern but flipkart blocked my account . I contacted customer service no response and I send mails many times but they reply cumputarised reply for my all the mails.
I'm a flipkart customer since 2011 and I purchased many things but now the E- commerce side don't think about their service.
That order also came to me late day but I don't know why they don't understand their customers. Very poor Service. Amazon is better and cool comparing to this nonsense company. Was this information helpful? |
