Same thing happened to me. But I immediately sent an email not agreeing to their typing terms and requested for cancelling the agreement and sought a confirmation on the cancellation they Didn't do it instead they claimed RS 7600 for cancellation charges. A totally fraud

I got a call from this company(UNI Service) regarding online form filling work and they told me that it is job in which you don't have to pay in advance so i agreed to do this work but while i am doing the process of registration which is free of cost. The customer care did't give me time to read that non-judicial agreement which they send me through a app . She told me to sign it within 2 minute and i did it but after when i go through that agreement i found a 3 clause which is totally in their favor . So after that i am left with no option rather than complete the work and after that i completed the work work in given period of time but my QC report get failed so after that they start demanding 7200 rs as a maintenance charge and for not submitting of QC report .

what happened next??

the non judicial stamp paper which they are talking about or taking a evidence part see the document sincerely the stamps is look like someone pasted it from somewhere...bcoz it looks apart from the document..
and u also got a legal notice in which there is no company name mentioned and even the stamp of lawyer is not a real one and the lawyer address is also not mentioned. bcoz in stamp the address is always mentioned or the state from which he become lawyer...

It is definitely a fake company. Just making money by luring people into signing agreements for data entering. I was asked to fill out 1500 forms and they made me sign an agreement saying that I have to give 5200 Rs in case I fail to complete the task. But during that I thought that something was wrong and so I called the helpline number to clarify my doubts but they never responded. And after 15 days they are saying that they have filed a legal case against me and I have to pay 5200 Rs. And on reading the agreement, the affidavit is dated 15 Jan 2018 which is much while ago as the task was given to me just 15 days ago. I got a call from this no. [protected] and he claimed to be lawyer which I think is totally a hoax. And yeah i agree they don't give you the time to read the agreement. What made me suspicious was that they were asking to fill some really sensitive details like social security number of the US residents. That's when I stopped doing the work and called an texted them continuously
but they never responded. And after 15 days I get a mail that either I pay them the amount or they'll file the case against me.

While getting the information of the job on asking do I have to pay any penalty they straightly said no..and on not completing the work she is demanding 5200tupee and had sent me mail of case they have put on with different acts pose on me. And on further they said they might put me fine of 50, 000rupee. The staff 'Kaya' first gave me the work then she became typewriter asking with different mobile no. Asking to give my work to her with half payment she will complete it..and after the last day was over she became an Advocate with another mobile no. I did not informed this to my family but with no. Of calls which I was attending they came to know my grandfather my uncle my mausi my sister all are ADVOCATE firstly I was very much scolded by them then my uncle took everything on his hand. Let's see what is the result..I will inform further.
But guys pls be aware of this type of scam don't get frauded like us.

Iam also facing same issue today morning i got call from lawer stating you did not complete the job on time and said to pay 5200rs iam a job less person how can i pay such amount so please help me on this so that even i can come out of fraud company.. no company in the world demand like this just they will terminate if we did not work on time so anyperson who is wiling to compliant iam also with you please contact me
