I am having Demat account in Karvy stock broking ltd, Hyderabad. The DP id is IN 300394, Client id is 1096149. On[protected] I have given off market instructions to transfer the following securities vide instructions slip no [protected] and [protected]. The details are as a follows. DP ID : IN300966. DP Name: Globe market ltd. Client ID : 10382819. According to my instructions dt[protected], they were transferred to the above DP Account and with them. It is learnt that the SEBI has issued guidelines to sent back the securities of those whose securities are in pool accounts shall be sent to their DP accounts. At this stage, out of the above 7 securities, 3 securities were sent back to my Karvy DPID A/C No: 10960149 without my request and the remaining following 4 securities were retained with the Global capital market ltd. 1.Apollo hospitals :100 2. Reliance Capital :241 3.Jumbo bags :100 4.Oswal mineral :1000 As seen from the details furnished bythe Karvy authorities, the detils of the sender to the Karvy on 04.11.2011 from the account no [protected]. When contacted the Karvy authorities over phone, they said the account no [protected] belongs to Unicon Securities. It is learnt that the Unicon securities was suspended from NSE, all the accounts were transferred to SMC Global. I am having trading account no u 17235 in unicon also. I never sold my securities or gave instructions to transfer the above securities. Now I am in need of th transactions statement including contract forms relating to my trading Account no u 17235 for the period from 18.11.2009 to 4.11.2011.
