Complaint marked as Resolved The company had taken steps to initiate refund process and provided evidence of communication trail with Upwork.com customer support. The process was delayed due to the migration from elance.com to upwork.com which complicated the process. To expedite the process, the company will be refunding through paypal. I'm closing this case as this is a misunderstanding due to lack of communication.
