मैने उसे बंद कराया था.
जब मैने सिम चालू करने के लिए आवेदन किया ही नही है तो यह कैसे चालू हो गया।
वह दोबारा फिर से चालू हो गया है

    Hi Airtel team,

    We have transferred the Mobile number form Corporate POSTPAID Account to individual prepaid account. Old SIM is not showing up signals and new sim is showing signals but throwing a message "Activation Request is not received yet.Please try later" FROM: ATDSA. This new SIM is showing signals from almost more than 30 hours and not activated.

      My contact number is [protected] deducted my balance and not ready to take complaint... Looting people money. My sr number is [protected].. Customer executive not ready to take complaint.. I told them lodge complaint.. After 1 hr conversation they have registered complaint.. Not satisfied with customer service.. Just looted my money 1 minute. My money deducted on 24 th november night unknowingly then i called up customer care.. Not satisfied their answer asked lodge complaint.. To file a complaint in trai and consumer court as a reference number.. But these people are not ready to lodge a complaint... After conversation of 1 hr they gave complaint number.. Just irritating the customer and not answering to customer.. Why they make trouble to customer

        Respected sir.
        .
        I am a telenor customer and
        My telenor number is [protected]
        I am using this number from long time
        .
        Since 3 months i have not used this sim
        .
        After 3 months i've recharged it with 60 rupees
        .
        But without valid reason telenor deducted 30 rupees from my account
        .
        I've not used my sim from three months
        But without my confirmation telenor activated many value added services
        .
        Which i don't need and deducted money without my consent
        .
        If i have not used my sim from 3 months it had no balance since then and i have not myself activated any value added services
        .
        So how can telenor can deduct balance from my account
        .
        I've tried to contact costumer care but due to poor network call never connects
        So speed of data connection is also slow

        .
        Sir
        So i request you to take appropriate action
        And deactivate all value added services from my number and please refund money deducted from my account
        .
        If issue is keeps repeating i have to discard telenor or port the sim to jio
        .
        Please ensure that this does not happen again in future
        .

          I have done a recharged of 115 rs. 1gb/day, 2g data.
          And, in network settings - 'auto mode' is selected
          But, when i'm using the internet, money is deducted from the main balance; for the data used instead of the internet data balance.
          Because of this issue:
          1) i've lost around 40-50 rs balance,
          2) not able to use the internet data as the money is getting deducted from main balance and not the data balance

            Haptik provide or number. They were not reply my email. Recharge done on 11/11/2017 but no delivered till now. As we checked, your telenor recharge is successful and the operator reference number for the same is [protected]. And i visit telenor store but they not reply anything in written and i was email but they were not reply till now my recharge money is not received.

              D. Solution:
              1) either refund me the money for data i. E. Rs. 115/-
              2) also, the money which got deducted from my main balance i. E. 43/-
              3) i had called the customer care 198 for this issue, the person on the other side was talking very rudely and was not ready to listen to my complaint.

              Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible

                Caller Tune on [protected] is activated by company side by default for 2 times in November month 2017.. in past also we had face such kind of deduction request you to stop doing this kind of activities nd deduction.. kindly refund.

                              Sir... I have a vodafone number [protected] registered on tarun sharma. Meerut. Now i want to go with telenor thru mnp. I have completed all process like. Upc, request, aadhar card etc. But after 2 months my number not transferred. Then i contact to telenor store they told me your request rejected by vodafone due to mismatch upc but i have entered right upc. After that i have take a new upc but when telenor executive try he has received a message at his system that this number is in the process to mnp. Telenor saying that this is responsibility of vodafone but when i contact to vodafone customer care they told me that this a fault of telenor. Sir i have very tired plz provide me a perfect solution. I want to join telenor

                                I am having telenor mobile number [protected]. Before couple of months outgoing calls facility was suspended on my phone. Only incoming calls were active. I contacted customer care and i was informed to do a recharge of rs. 20/- from a telenor store. I went to a telenor store in my area (Vijaynagar, navsari. Pin: 396445) and requested the store person to activate my out going calls and also requested him to provide me a 4g sim. He tried a lot but he could not do a recharge and even he could not give me 4g sim because he was unable to send an sms from my number. He informed me that my number is suspended and can not be recharged. He also informed me that this number will be deactivated very soon. But even after one month when the number was still active, i contacted again telenor customer care and they replied me that all services are active and the number is not suspended. I also mailed to appellate authority and requested for help and to activate out going calls services on my number. They promised to solve the issue within 24 hours but still the issue is lingering. I am unable to do out going calls / sms and recharge on my number. I am unable to use the account balance. I request through your medium to help me out from this issue.

                                After a long long follow up and conversation fight with telenor finally telenor listened to me seriously and activated my out going calls. Now my telenor number is working fine. Thank you telenor.

                                Gujarat appellate authority has committed that my problem will be solved any how by 10th November and I will be able to do recharge on 11th November but even at the end of today my problem is still at the same stage as it was before. Whenever I enter my mobile number on telenor web to do recharge it shows as Invalid number. I can not understand what to do. My outgoing calls are blocked and I am facing difficulties with this now.

                                        With reference to above mobile no [protected]

                                        I am very upset with your customer care service what they are providing wrong information to customer.

                                        As per conversation with your executive he told me for internet services you can recharge with rd 104 after i recharge my balance was deducted rd 11. I called to customer care as he said this is only 2g service for better speed you can recharge rd 115.00
                                        After that u recharged with rd 115.00 still my balance getting dedicated from. Main account as i called to customer care again now he is saying rd 115.00 from yesterdayonly for2g.

                                        What's held on with customers.

                                        I want to refund the whole amount to my main balance and deactivate all service.

                                        Refund my recharged amount and balance dedicated amount.
                                        Rs 104 +115 = 219.00 plus 11 rs deducted so total. Amount is 230.00

                                        I have recorded all your executive calls if i not got the refund balance i will raise complaint in to consumer court because i have all recording with us.
