Union Bank Of India — about atm card

My card was block from 10 days several times i have lodge a complaint for issue new atm card in the bank but all the time i got a reply that everything is ok from our side still i am getting the problem several times i want you to please solve my problem immediately asap otherwise i have to close my account in your bank due to lack of service provide by you. I have so many difficulties for transaction.
