Sir my name is Dumpalavigneshwarreddy.I have an account in union of india .l lost my debit card recently.i called Custmer care they bolcked my card.they gave me an request number.with that number I went to the bank near me .it is not my account branch.i went to bank to get debit card.but they are asking me to go to my account brank. But it is far away from me.they are not providing me debit card.recieving customer is not in good manner. it is hanamkonda branch .near police station.customor care said you can go to any branch near you and get debit card.but they are not providing.me . please take action . mainly receiving of customer is not good.
