There are 2 ubi atms near my house and both of them have machines with faulty keys for the past 1 month. Are the bank people who are supposed to check and rectify this deaf, blind or something? I mean its been a month and does anyone take so much time to rectify a machine? Also why is it that only their bank's machine gets faulty keys? I guess that might be because of poor quality of machine that they use. I dislike ubi a lot and i have been thinking of changing my bank and opening account elsewhere for a long time now.

I deposited money in the bank of rs.1000 and i lost the reciept of it and the money was not credited in my account.i requested them to look in look into cc tv camera but they refused me and they were not co-ordinating with me.the behaviour of the people in the bank is not good at all.they dont respond to customer properly.
