I ordered from home center on 23 April 2021 online. The amount got deducted from my account 4702 twice same day. but the order was not placed successfully i have receive a message that your transaction is failed. I waited for the refund. Then I have talk with customer care center o[censored]nion bank on 26 April 2021 they have registered the complaint, they told me that they have processed the refund and the outcome will be before 7 may 2021, on 7 may have contact with call center they have ask me to send the email to union bank Then I sent an email to Union Bank of India, till date there is no reply from bank and even the call center o[censored]nion bank is unable to resolved the issue, they have also closed my complaint which was registered without solving the issue on[protected] even i have talk with the senior call center team he also can not solve the issue ., it is almost 47 days since i have made the complaint .
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
