I have tried to take cash from atm. But transaction got rejected but cash debited from my account but the cash has not recieved

I have filed a complaint in my branch chintapalli

But till now it has not been resolved

I lost my debit card so plz do block asap.
My name is Vaishali Petra's Patole. Today I lost my debit card in bus at 9pm. Please block it as early as possible. I have given my account number below. Please see it and block the debit card, so nobody can not misuse .
