Union Bank Of India — complaining about behaviour of bank staffs

Not giving proper explanation to customers request
Example: atm card gets expired and i fill the request form to get a new atm card 15 days before till now today they are giving in proper explanation from this ennore kathivakkam branch.
Today till 11am this branch staffs not yet come to branch.
Last 4 months our passbook not yet printed when ever we went to bank to print passbook they told machine is not working.
Please do immediate action to this.

Flipkart said that they refunded my money of amount 699 to my account no [protected] on 7 July 2017 .
But I did not get my refund.
Sir please help me to solve my issue.
