Bank staff has been shared all required documents for my home loan requirement and urgent requirement on sanction letter from April 25th 2024. Staff conveniently forgot to initiate the process and now have been occupied giving crappy answers. I needed sanction letter within May. I ensured to share all documents again between May 17-21, to have the process initiated. But alas, the bank staff is negligent, careless.
Been writing to grievance officers from 6th June 2024, Complaint ticket is created, but no followup is done with me, the grievance officers from zonal and regional zones in Mumbai dont answer the calls, they dont respond to emails, the portal is not updated with any comments on the status.
Now im asked for all set of documents again. I reached out to grievance team expecting a expedition in this matter but I feel like I'm talking to a wall. Overall the UBI staff, and grievance officers, all seem alike-equally umbothered, careless and negligent. Was this information helpful? |
