Union Bank Of India — Debit card swipe payment not received to merchant but amount debited

On 6th of april 2017 i has swiped my debit card to an petrol pump but the merchant not received amount and my account also debited and the amount not credit in my bank account till now.
After this, the sms i received is below. Please, give my money back.
