Firstly, i would like to highlight the grievances that i have been facing ever since my account is freezed without any prior notifications, the bank automatically did debit block on my account. So i visited my home branch, and i was told that i need to write an application to request to stop freezing my account. And i did the same. But nothing works out. I'm so desperate now, however, a friend of mine who used to work in a bank advice me to complain it to the main headquarter. So with this, i am highlighting my issue and i hope that it will be taken into consideration and resolve it asap so that i can continue banking with the bank.

My balance has been cut while doing on line payment but payment not has been done of 1600 from account no. *********03850 on[protected] a page appear of transaction failed

My account with union bank my name is Pravin Hiralal bhadane from Shirpur
I received fraud call & say me pay Rs 10/- online then I provide my bank name I'd password, transactions password
After that I received OTP but I am not provide OTP to fraud parson
Please provide security for my account
