Union Bank Of India — deduction of balance

On 23rd of this month I was sending money of Rs/-24006 to my friend through mobikwik upi handle. The transaction was failed due to server issue. But the amount was deducted from my account and is not credited to the receiver account. Now how can I get my money back to my account??? Please reply...
