Union Bank Of India — Deduction of money on failed transaction

Address: Kolkata, West Bengal

Money was deducted from my Account on 26th May 2017, to add to my Paytm balance.
I got a failed transaction from Paytm. When I made inquiries with Paytm, I was informed by them that the amount had not been suctioned from Union Band of India. They inform me that the bank was responsible and I will be refunded with the total amount that was deducted.

The bank has failed to refund back the deducted amount. Nor have I received any information from the bank informing me about the issue.
Where has the amount gone (6500/-)?

Please look into the matter asap and keep me up to date on this issue.
