Regarding Pune's Talegaon Dabhade (station) branch. I first visited the branch on 25 may 15.And I requested for (PMJY) pradhan mantri yojanas forms.As I and my family members are eligible for all 3 schemes.jeevan Jyoti, suraksha and pension yojana.That day they did not have enough forms at 10 am in the morning.They were providing only one form jeevan Jyoti single copy and asking customers to photocopy for rest of the family members. As per them forms were not available with them. Hence I returned back. My second visit was on 30 may 15.This time they had all three yojana forms but were providing single copy per family. And rudely asking customers to photocopy the no of copy's required by them. When I informed them as govt is providing us it free of cost, and also other bank were doing the same.Then it is unfair for us to spend money. Then the rude staff replied to me as is it fair for bank to spend on the photocopy for customers. Hence I went to the branch manager, she lied to me as her printer wasn't working. Because i myself saw her printer working.And informed me yo get it photocopied from the shop opposite to the bank. Which ideally she should have got it done as part of her job.
And I had to do it helplessly. As the bank finds it a extra load of work on them.
Hence requesting you to kindly look into the same. As people like me can afford, but what about the poor class who can't even afford photocopies. And the sole purpose of govt introducing this yojana is misused. Was this information helpful? |
