Union Bank Of India — Discrepancies in my saving account

I had try to withdrawal rs. 8000/- money from other (Axis bank) channel network atm butt transaction was declined. At the same time my account show debit. This is happened on 10th july, 2017 at 8.40pm.

I am a poor common man please resolve this matter as priority
