I went io deposit RS. 50000 on 06.07.2017 into the savings account no.[protected] in the name of Jahar Lal Manna to the Union Bank Of India, Tollygunj Karunamaye Branch, kolkata - 700008, IFSC Code: UBIN0535320.The cashier received the amount but it was not credited to the above savings bank account for the reason unknown to me. I was told by the cashier that crediting would be done by one lady clerk who had no identity card or name badge with her so that customers can know her name. The behavour of the lady clerk is so bad that cannot be expressed in language. I went to the lady clerk and requested her to credit the amount so that I could update my pass book from auto printing machine kept in the branch immediately. The lady clerk who was linking aadhar card which was supposed to do after banking hours told me that it would not be done after I was kept standing for nearly half an hour. I was advised by her to come next day to update passbook.The Branch Manager was not available in the branch.The Deputy Manager had no control . So I decided to transfer the amount to ICICI BANK. mobile no. [protected]
