Sir, As to the service provided by your branch at Mahura, janla, Bhubaneswar, counter is very poor in providing timely service to the customer saying lack of man power and some other multiple reasons thereon. So, we have to make frequent visit to the branch. The manager is coming to office at 10.30 a.m..
