I had visited your branch o[censored]nion Bank of India, SECTOR 49 NOIDA,
M7 CMC MARKT DADRI RD BAROLA SEC 49 NOIDA NOIDA UTTAR PRADESH PINCODE 201307, on 23-12-16 to obtain life certificate. It is nearest to my place of present stay.
I was carrying with me Passbook of my Saving Account No [protected] (SB PENSION) in which my pension is being credited. This passbook was also updated with posting due till date at the branch.
The Officer Incharge (a Lady officer) in the branch when approached by me to issue Life Certificate she expressed her inability to do the same citing some reason of non-availability of access to issue Online Life Certificate.
Despite my request to provide requisite form for it, and verify my credentials from through Net Banking, she directed me to visit Sec 29 Branch in Bramhaputra Complex, NOIDA.
At this branch I had a satisfactory experience where I was provided requisite form to fill in and after verification I was happily issued Life Certificate. I am attaching a Photo of the same for a ready reference.
I am arranging to send the same to the respective branch for further needful.
I am unhappy to lodge this compliant, specially in view of the fact that I have been receiving a very courteous response in earlier visit, in any branch that I had visited.
My Complaint: is that respective officer may kindly be advised to do his/her duty dutifully and act in a manner that customer is not misguided and/or put to inconvenience
