Comment: I was booking a ticket from bina to kanpur using irctc app. The transaction failed and no ticket was booked, but still the sum of 689.34 has been withdrawn from my account.Payment was done through paytm.

I m a regular costumer o[censored]nion bank tikamgarh branch (m.p.). I applied for POS machine in january17 but still not received and when i visit branch they give time of next day and so on. This delay is effecting my business so please help me out of it.
Branch manager is not providing any satisfying response.
