I am also facing arrogant, rude, bad behaving staff o[censored]nion bank of india (IFSC : UBIN0558648) since 2 year specially after "note bandi". anyway branch manager always talk in abusing tone if you complain regarding their junior staff. the problem is growing as well as branch is going bigger. there were previously very good staff but now problem is with new staff also.
