I asked for activation of net banking service from bank's "HARD WORKIG" employee. He told m its sel[censored]ser creation, Okay but he dint tell me mobile number and email id has to registered prior to sel[censored]ser creation. than i submit a application for to register a mobile number and email. Same day, I sign-up or register my account for net banking. after completion process i'm enable to login. i tried multiple time dint get positive response, i thought i'm unlucky and left the net banking. after a month i got a message that mobile number is registered. What that means after a MONTH ?. Oh sorry hard working employee did a lots off work to accomplish mobile number registration. For now i need to transfer money so try to login with user id and password i have created first time. it always says invalid user ID or password, than i try to re create user, alert popup "Account number is already registered". try forgot password and alert popup "Internet banking user doesn't exist." i thought user id would be invalid but i confirmed with Hard working employee it is correct, tried to Enable User via sending message as per bank FAQ's, but did not got response for message.
