Net banking services of your bank are pathetic!! Never had so much trouble. Even after being the children o[censored]nion bank staff, i am facing so much difficulty.
I was trying to reset the transaction password as i was clueless of what it means. Other banks only have login password but you guys have something called as transaction password in addition to login password. The portal to reset is pathetic! Anyway i managed to reach the last of it in which it asked me details of any one of the last 5 transactions made into the account. I categorically remember all 6-8 transactions but still after filling all the mandatory columns it kept on telling me transaction details incorrect. So i called your call center to confirm the transaction details. Even he confirmed what you are putting is correct. But still it did not go through. Now it is 1.20am at night and i am still struggling to reset it as i have an urgent transaction to make! But alas!!! Can't do so due to your remarkable service. Please buck up union bank! I feel ashamed to say that i hold an account in your bank. And all the more ashamed to say one if my parent is a staff at union bank since last 30 years. Shame union bank shame!! Hopelessly pathetic you guys are. Look at other private banks and their internet banking. Right now in the middle of the night, i am feeling utterly helpless and disgusted.
