Union Bank Of India — non reverse of withdraw money from sbi atm

I Alauddin a/c no [protected] is a customer of above said bank had withdraw money (Rs-10000 & 8500)from SBI ATM(no EBBJ[protected] & EFNJ[protected] DABRA GWALIOR(MP) on 4 Oct 2019 but money was not withdraw from ATM and money had debited from my a/c.i had complained customer care and met UBI branch manager too regarding above said but so far my debited money was not reverse back.
i request to you please help me out. Thank you
