Union Bank Of India — refund from amazon company

My self suhas shirke, i ordered a product (Mobile phone - redimi mi a3, 32gb worth rs. 10034) from amazon on 6th oct2019. But my persnal problem so i returned my phone on, 10th oct 2019to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 12th oct2019 at but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 10034/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. 1cvhqwzm0000k19y6urx for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 10034 and name - suhas shirke

Please help me to credit my refund rs. 10034/- in my account. Please file charge dispute. Kindly help.

When I try to do online Credit card transaction for a product purchase when i enter the OTP from mobile and click next the page shows error. "there is technical issues from the bank end, " I am not able to make a purchase due to this error when the error is going to solve.

can anyone help here ?????
