I have complained in email but no use of it. I've made a transaction of rupees 1980 on 25 March transaction was not successful and amount had also been deducted from my account I have called to kv helpdesk number many times but they are receiving the call . So I have paid the fees again and ask bank for refund but bank is not responding so Please check the screenshot for transaction details
