I, santosh prasad employee of survey of india. I transfered ranchi to kolkata.

After, i have applied my daughter account (Sukanya samridhi) for transfer from

Ranchi, doranda branch ifc code:538035 to camac street branch, kolkata. Three ago (January 2017). And i have call so many times bt. No one response me.
Also i want to say that in sukanya samridhi account i can't pay from kolkata branch. It is so disgustfull...
Have i get any response after this mail...???.
