Union Bank Of India — School fees

I have submitted school fees of ₹1800 of my ward shagun sharma of class 8th of kendriya vidyalaya of 2nd quarter (July-september) by my debit card.
But suddenly the process stopped and then fees receipt is not get printed.
I try again but receipt is not showed.
Please check the problem and resolve it soon.
