Union Bank Of India — still not get the refund

I have cancelled a train ticket on 18/10/2019, which i have made through union bank of india ru pay card.When i made call to the irctc call center, the concerned person told me that, refund has been done on 19/10/2019 through concerned bank(which payment was made), still 10 days passed but there is no refund.Please look after this matter

I was transferred mony from union bank of india cdm machine pattambi through card to card transfer rs 1940 .it was debited in my union bank of india account no [protected] namely nagendran on[protected]..but not credited to canarabank account no[protected].so please arrange to transfer or to refund it to ubi.
