Same issue with my iPhone 11, kindly resolve
Even I am facing the same issue. I am using iPhone SE. I spoke to customer care and also at branch but they don’t have any update kn this. Or else I need to change my bank. kindly resolve this issue.
there is an soultion to this... if you have an esmin(like i do) you can still use u mobile app, *note*- its not an fix by the developers RATHER an bypass...you'll need and other sim(even dead sim will work with no network) and when you insert it in your iphone the message of the app showing "Please insert the sim card continue" will not pop up rather it will take you to the startup page of app.

So we need to insert another physical sim so tat we can resolve the issue
i have also same isue
All the customers using e-sim are unable to use UBOI mobile app. I have call the customer care and informed them long back. This is an issue with wide impact that UBOI should take up on high priority.
