Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — I get TECHNICAL EXCEPTION message when using the uidai bank mapper site

Hi, I am faizan, I tried the uidai bank mapper site, after entering the aadhar number and the OTP, it says TECHNICAL EXCEPTION message, I tried many times but I get the same error, again and again, I even tried at times when there is less traffic on site, but still, the same error pops up.

Please help as I am in urgent need, u are India's biggest government site, if your services don't work then how can we trust u guys and continue with your service, waiting for ur reply. I ma applying for my scholarship so I am in urgent need asap

Bro the best solution is to contact ur bank and tell them that u want to link/map ur aadhar to ur bank account for dbt payment, just tell them that u want to link aadhar for dbt schemes and subsidies and they will understand, I was also facing this issue from many days then I contacted my bank and told them to link aadhar tp bank for dbt(direct benefit transfer) and then they took around 20 sdays to do so and then i checked and my problem was solved, i am no longer getting TECHNICAL EXCEPTION message

please help me im stuck with this problem and cant apply for scholarship
my accounts are already linked from bank side but still it is showing me that problem
