Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund [Utimf] — Customer registration portal

Hi, I have a valid PAN card issued by Govt. of India. When I wanted to register for the UTI portal, it says mine is "Invalid PAN". This is not acceptable. I would like to register online . I am unable to proceed further until this step is completed.
