In some of my mother's UTI folios (US64 conversion) SMT -short form of shrimati- is prefixed by UTI before the name.
Now, for any transaction, after submitting all necessary documents, UTI wants my mother to submit 'one and same person' affidavit in a stamped paper, duly attested by Notary. So, I request UTI to clarify the meaning of SMT used by it before the name of my mother in the following folios.
