Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund [Utimf] — Rajlakshmi unit scheme- Not received the money

My unit certificate no. is R[protected] with 200 units. Name of holder is Haimanti Ghosh and date of maturity was 12/02/2013. I did not receive any communications from Unit Trust of India till now. Please help me to get the refund. I have attached the certificate of the scheme with this complaint. Please let me know if you need any other informations.
