Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund [Utimf] — Rajlaxmi Unit Plan (II) RUP (II) Clause (XI[protected]

My father has invested Rs. 1500 in Rajlaxmi Unit Plan (II) RUP (II) Clause (XI) in 1998 in the name of Priti Jain having membership no. [protected]. The maturity date was 2015 but till date we have not received any amount.
Please help in this matter.
