[Resolved]  Unitec Solutions — regarding charge of penalty fees

I took a job from this company regarding typing work. They took a registration amount of 400 rs and asked me to send all the details before i could even view the agreement when i said i want the agreement they said me a mail containing a pdf which i was not able to view and after i send a video that i will work for unitec they send another mail consisting of the agreement saying if not completed the sum of 10000 has to be paid. Now due to my exams i am not able to submit the work. The company is asking me to pay 10000 rs. Please help as me as i dont have that much money.
