Unitech Solution — Taking money to break the agreement

I took a job from this company regarding typing work. But because of some personal reasons i couldn't complete this work. So after few days, they called me and threatened me and said that i need to pay the penalty fees 10, 000. They took aadhar card, passport size photograph and signature and sent me the agreement details. So they are blackmailing me regarding court case. They also said me that if i pay 4500 then they will keep my case on hold. Please help me i am a student.
