on 7th august my relative has send me 2000 rupees to @pytes via CRED but has not been credited in my account. It is very inconvinient to regain that money as it is not our issue. Please resolve it

Respected sir madam,
I am Seikh Mohammad Wahid son of seikh ahammad mohammad resident of Hatisal pada, Balangir, dist Balangir Odisha, here I am writing the complaint as I was harrassed by the bank staff here. As I ask for a no dues certificate they strictly deny the request.
As a good costumer in 2008 I was taken loan of 9 laksh and in 2013 I have paid the loan amount. There I had a cash credit account.
