i have purchased a ladies bag from your C.P, New Delhi Outlet, 2 months back but the bag quality is not good like Bag chain color is going to change means silver to Golden And the leather stuff of Bag is removing.

UCB brand is count in a Good Brands of the world that's why i never expect the worse quality of my Bag. So i would like to request you kindly find a solution of my bag. Bag Details are :
