I ordered few trolley suitcases from Myntra website last year(August, 2019) which have 3 years of warranty. Unfortunately the wheel of one suitcase got damaged and am looking for a service to repair it. I have already contacted MYNTRA and they have given the benetton mail Id to proceed with. I'm attaching the pictures and screenshots of the tag and the order ID. Please do the needful

I purchased a trolley bag of Benetton on 12 march 2020 which have warranty of 3 years, after few use the trollies of the bag got damaged and i tried to contact with Benetton but no one entertained my problem, either amazon or Benetton. And I'm unable to use it till this date.
