United Colors Of Benetton — Suitcase damage- Warranty claim

Dear Benetton Team,

Hope you're doing well in this pandemic time.

I ordered a few trolley suitcases from Myntra website last year which have 3 years of warranty. Unfortunately the wheel of one suitcase got damaged and am looking for a service to replace it/repair it. I have already contacted MYNTRA and they have given the benetton mail Id to proceed with. I'm attaching the pictures and screenshots of the tag and the order ID. Please do the needful
