I was having an extreme bad experience while applying for the cashless process through "united india insurance company limited" for my father’s pacemaker operation. At the last moment, cashless facility was rejected. That time it was being told : “this process is not covered under cashless facility but you can apply for reimbursement after discharge”. So i claimed for the reimbursement but again my full claim was rejected. I have requested them many times but there is no progress. Please find all the rejection letter in the attachment.

I submitted grievance on medical reimbursement rejection by mail to all the above mention people but there is no positive reply. I am very much hopeless on them. I am corporate employee of capgemini india pvt. Ltd.. I took this corporate mediclaims by trusting that i will get proper support when my family will be in danger medical situation, paying heavy premiums years after years. Now at the time of reimbursement, i[censored]hcp act like this way then it is very painful.
