United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Add parents in policy

Dear sir/madam,
I am account holder of syndicate bank. So, i read about syndarogya mediclaim policy and i am decides to purchase for me and my parents. But parents i. E. Father and mother having an aadhar but as dob only year available and on voter id only age available on both. Both don't have pan card. So, please guide me about purchase the policy.
