Regarding rejected claim

I have submit my file on 4 june and insurance have sent me two shortfall letter to submit one is tpa chart and medicine chart and another one patient admit for 24 hrs instead of 23 hrs both paper issued by doctor has been submitted though they reject my claim reason patient hospitalisation less than 24 hrs so pl look into matter and sort out my claim

Delay in renewal of Cancomfort health insurance No.70300/2013-2014/00960/11

I have been availing health insurance vide Cancomfort policy for more than 20 years very promptly every October. I had submitted my renewal form in 2014, but on inquiring with United India I was informed that my card validity had expired and hence the insurance was not renewed. Not settling claim as they have not understood the Case history (Health Insurance)
